Qualitative analysis of organic compounds, organic estimations based on functional groups and derivative preparation, handling of dry reactions.
Multistep synthesis of organic compounds, purification (Column Chromatography, Analytical and Preparative HPLC), and characterization using spectroscopic techniques (Such as UV-VIS, MS, NMR, FTIR, etc.).
Preparation and analysis of Peptides through both solution phase and solid phase peptide synthesis methodology and characterize them using x-ray diffraction, MALDI-TOF, HRMS, FE-SEM, TEM, AFM, Optical microscope, and Circular Dichorisam.
